We make our Honey available in one pound muth jars with a cork and a safety seal.

Our Honey colors varies from almost clear with a touch of sunshine yellow to super dark. Color depends on what our bees are foraging on.

We are a small Honey producer, producing less than 2500lb a year. Our Honey comes from disease and chemical free hives that are not pushed to make Honey.

 

Our dark Honey has a robust flower flavor, packed full of pollen and rich in Polyphenols. Our light honey is sweet and delicate to the taste with hints of beeswax and light floral flavors.

Every drop was created by bees and has no additives. You won’t find corn syrup or processed sugar in our honey, always pure and natural.

All our Honey Bee sanctuaries are far from the city, thereby producing actual Honey. Of course, some years are better then others and some really suck, like 20, 21  and 22.

We only have a limited amount and when we’re out, we’re out until next harvest season.

Honey Bees gather nectar form local flowers and bring it back to the hive. They are amazing hoarders and produce more than enough to share.

Yet, we only take what we can and leave enough for the bees to get through the winter. Again, we are natural beekeepers and use no chemicals, only natural processes are allowed.

We only provide Local Honey Abilene Tx sales. If your in Abilene proper and request four or more bottles we will deliver, smaller orders we can set up a meeting place.
